NEW SUMMER HOURS

The Lifestyle Center will have a new closing time Monday thru Thursday of 10pm.

Members can see the complete hours of operation on this page to the upper left.

JULY 4th HOLIDAY HOURS

The Lifestyle Center will be open from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Friday, July 4th.

The Group Fitness schedule is as follows:

9:00am Double Step

GROUP FITNESS UPDATE

THE SUNDAY 4:00PM AND MONDAY 7:00PM GROUP POWER CLASS WILL BE ON VACATION THIS SUMMER STARTING IN JULY!

The above classes will be off the schedule till further notice due to the members and instructors busy summer agenda. There is a 6:00pm group power class on Monday for the few 7:00 pm regulars to attend.

THE BTS SUMMER LAUNCH FORMAT IS COMING SOON!

The Group Power and Centergy classes will be having it's new summer music and format introduced in July.

Come join the fun in one of the 200 classes available monthly!!

There is a Kick Boxing speciality class taught by Lisa on Friday's at 5:00 PM throughout the summer.

PLAY CO-ED WALLEYBALL ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHTS!

Walleyball is a variation of the game volleyball that is played in a racquetball court. The ball is allowed to bounce off the side and back walls thus making Wallyball a fun and easier version of the game volleyball. These co-ed pick up games will start at 7:00 p.m and last till 9:00 p.m starting on Tuesday, January 9th!
